Enjoy an afternoon game drive as elephants gather along the riverbanks, giraffes browse among acacia trees, and predators rest in the shade awaiting the cool evening hours.

After dinner, venture back into the wilderness for an unforgettable Night Game Drive. As darkness falls, Tarangire reveals a hidden world rarely seen by daytime visitors. Search for elusive leopards, serval cats, porcupines, bush babies, and other nocturnal wildlife beneath a sky illuminated by countless stars.

Day 2: Sunrise Safari & Karatu Highlands

Before dawn, return to the park for a magical sunrise game drive. Witness the African wilderness awakening as lions complete their nightly hunt, elephants emerge from the shadows, and golden sunlight spreads across the savannah.

Enjoy a memorable bush breakfast surrounded by nature before departing for the fertile highlands of Karatu. The landscape transforms into rolling hills, coffee plantations, banana farms, and traditional Iraqw villages, offering a refreshing contrast to the open plains.

Explore the crater floor, home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife including black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, and thousands of flamingos along the soda lake shores.

Following a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, continue westward toward the endless plains of Serengeti National Park. As the landscape gradually opens before you, experience your first glimpse of one of the world’s most famous wilderness areas.

Day 4: Central Serengeti – Northern Serengeti

Begin the day exploring the wildlife-rich Seronera region, renowned for year-round game viewing and excellent predator sightings.

Look for leopards resting in sausage trees, lion prides patrolling the plains, and cheetahs scanning the horizon from elevated termite mounds.

As you journey north toward Kogatende, the scenery changes dramatically. Rolling hills, granite kopjes, and remote wilderness landscapes eventually lead you to the legendary Mara River region, the stage for one of nature’s greatest spectacles.

Day 5: Great Migration Mara River Safari

Today is dedicated to witnessing the Great Migration, one of the most spectacular wildlife events on Earth.

Spend the day following vast herds of wildebeest and zebra as they move across the northern Serengeti ecosystem. Position yourself near key Mara River crossing points where dramatic migration action often unfolds.

Watch as thousands of animals gather at the riverbanks before making their daring crossings while crocodiles lurk beneath the surface and predators patrol nearby.
