Your day starts with a scenic 2 to 3-hour drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, passing through rural landscapes and open savannah views along the way.

Once inside the park, you immediately begin your game drive along the Tarangire River, the lifeline of the ecosystem. This area is famous for its large elephant herds, often seen drinking, bathing, and interacting along the riverbanks. You will also encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and other grazing animals spread across the golden plains.

At midday, you stop at a scenic picnic site where you enjoy lunch surrounded by breathtaking views of the wilderness. After the break, the safari continues deeper into the park in search of predators such as lions and sometimes leopards, which are often found resting in the shade of baobab trees or near the river.

As the afternoon winds down, you begin your drive out of the park and head back to Arusha, ending the day with unforgettable wildlife encounters and stunning African landscapes.
